We are proud to announce that we have a facility that is fully equipped with all the machinery needed for a production line that is capable of efficiently producing over 600 Tons of steel every month.

With a covered area of over 20,000 sq. ft, we are sure of catering to every need that you might have.

We also have another unit of about 35,000 sq. ft which will be operational very soon. This gives us a total coverage of over 55,000 sq. ft which is one of the segment's largest in the country.
100% In-House Manufacturing!
We are excited to announce that we have a 100% in-house manufacturing facility that is suitable for a wide range of products. This means that all of our products are made in-house with NO OUTSOURCING whatsoever. This ensures the best quality and timely deliveries for our customers.
RAW MATERIAL CUTTING
We are excited to announce that as of December 2022, we are the only manufacturer of earth moving spares in India to install a 90 mm DIA capacity Circular Saw Machine. Imported from Germany, this state-of-the-art machine is capable of cutting Raw Materials to as much as 70 Tons/day.
In addition to the Circular Saw machine, we also have 3 Fully Automatic Band saw Cutting Machines which can cut Rounds of up to 250 mm in diameter.
This really enables us to fulfil our orders in a timely manner and ensure that the products reach our customers on time.
CNC TURNINGS
We are equipped with a force of CNC Turning Centres that are capable of producing spares in the most accurate manner with the shortest of time. This helps us to provide our customers with the best quality with excellent prices. The machines have a high degree of accuracy and they can turn even the most delicate parts with great precision. We can also produce large quantities in a very short span of time, thanks to these machines. This makes us the ideal choice for all your CNC turning needs.

We have a wide range of CNC Turning Centres that are perfect for any job, big or small. With lengths upto 200 mm for smaller sizes and 2000 mm for bigger components, we have the perfect machine for your needs. Our selection also includes Double and Single Spindle machines to ensure the most efficient process possible.
HEAT TREATMENT
We at RANKS INTERNATIONALL take our heat treatment very seriously as it is the most important aspect of our line of products. With the help of our in-house state-of-the-art induction machines, we can assure our customers of the best possible heat treatment practices. These machines are also suitable for Case Hardening whenever necessary. In addition, our Heat Treatment plant includes a 10 ton/batch capacity Salt bath plant for through hardening. This ensures that all our products undergo the highest quality heat treatment possible, giving our customers the peace of mind they deserve.
GRINDING
A vast misconception - Grinding is only used for the cosmetic reasons. Is it true? No. Grinding is really importance to achieve accurate sizes even with the smallest of tolerances. Equipped with a team of Grinders which include Center less Grinders, Cylindrical Grinders, Internal Grinders, and surface grinders, we can assure sizes accurate to microns.
